Important: Fitnopia provides curated fitness training plans and recommendations, but we are not a substitute for professional medical advice.

• Consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new exercise program
• Stop exercising and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort
• You participate in fitness activities at your own risk
• Fitnopia is not liable for any injuries or health issues that may arise from using our platform

You agree not to use Fitnopia for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm our platform or other users. Prohibited activities include:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users
• Sharing inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Using our platform for commercial purposes without permission
• Interfering with the proper functioning of our services
• Using the social feed to spam, impersonate others, or share misleading content

Fitnopia includes social features that allow you to share content such as workout completions, achievements, and other activity within the platform. By using these features:

• You are solely responsible for the content you share via the social feed
• You grant Fitnopia a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your shared content within the platform
• Fitnopia reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate

Fitnopia is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Either party may terminate your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use Fitnopia will cease immediately.

Upon account deletion, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including the data retention periods described therein.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If you access Fitnopia through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you acknowledge and agree that:

• These Terms are between you and Fitnopia only, not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC
• Apple and Google have no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Fitnopia
• Apple and Google are not responsible for any claims relating to the app, including product liability, legal compliance, or intellectual property claims
• Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you
